The Flat Nyc Hotel New York

I had a wonderful stay at The Flat NYC. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the underground station and close to various amenities. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was clean and had good hot water in the shower. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Despite being in the city, the room was comfortable and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

While the walls were a bit thin and I could hear some noise from other guests, it didn't bother me too much. the lack of a table and chair in the room made it a bit inconvenient.

Room not ready on time, others checked-in before me. Staff had issue and I left. No breakfast but friendly, accommodating staff. Clean shared bathrooms. Great location.

During our stay at The Flat Nyc, we had a fantastic time exploring the city. The location of the hotel was superb, as it was situated near the Highline park and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. It was very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport, saving us time and hassle. The room was comfortable and clean, with fluffy towels and fresh bedding that made our stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our visit. We also appreciated the shared bathrooms, which were spotless and well-maintained. The Flat Nyc provided us with a great base to explore the city.

We did experience a minor inconvenience during our stay. The room floor could have been cleaner upon our arrival, as it seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed properly.

The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic. It was right in the heart of Manhattan, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the major attractions in the city. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with good hot water in the en-suite bathrooms.

Everything was satisfactory and I had a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location was superb, as it was close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to Penn Station and the Empire State Building, and the Highline park was also nearby for our morning runs. the hotel was easy to reach from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with our luggage and even helping us get an Uber on our phone. The hotel and our room were newly renovated, creating a fresh and clean atmosphere. We also appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and coffee available throughout the day.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
